Registration Process

All participants are required to register online through our conference website.

Registration Process:

1. Sign up / Login

2. Submit Abstract (if applicable).

3. Acceptance of Abstract  (if applicable) by the organizer.

4. Make payment online through Razorpay payment gateway / account transfer (Account details are given below) / DD / Cheque.

    Please note:

      * If the payment is made by account trafser, the Transaction Id should be mentioned in the payment details during online registration. 

Refund Policy:

The registration / other fees once paid to our account will not be refunded. However, in case the payment is failed but the amount is deducted from the account, it will take up to 24 hours for the payment gateway to get the actual status with the acquiring bank in such a type of transaction. If the final status is failed then the transaction is auto-refunded to the customer whereas if it is successful then the payment is settled to us.

5. Receive the registration confirmation mail from the organizer. 

Registration Fee

Online Registration fee covers virtual entry to all sessions, registration badge, soft copy of conference proceedings, online presentation of paper / poster, and soft copy of the participation certificate.

Offline Registration fee covers physical entry to all sessions, registration badge, soft copy of conference proceedings, offline presentation of paper / poster, hard copy of the participation certificate, and two day’s Breakfast and Lunch.
